Our Business
Blue Wave Pool Service and Supplies has been providing quality service and renovations to residential and commercial in-ground pools since 1984. We are a full-service company that has built a reputation on customer satisfaction and referrals. From 1984 to 2021, Blue Wave operated out of Hamden, Connecticut, and in March of 2021, it relocated to Wallingford, Connecticut.
Fully registered and licensed by the State of Connecticut, a requirement for swimming pool maintenance and repair work since 1989.

We offer FREE* computerized water testing for your pool or spa water!
Our trained office staff will be able to help you troubleshoot your pool or spa problems once the water is analyzed.
Our location is stocked with balance chemicals, sanitizers, shock, specialty chemicals, maintenance equipment, and more. We also have a selection of parts from various manufacturers as well as plumbing fittings.
Hours:
Winter Hours (October 31 - February 24)
- Monday-Thursday: 9 am to 4 pm
- Friday: 9 am to 12 pm
- Saturday-Sunday: CLOSED
Summer Hours (February 27-October 29)
- Monday-Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
- Saturday (May 6-August 26 ONLY): 9 am to 1 pm
- Sunday: CLOSED

Achievements
Throughout the years, Brian has worked on a few projects for the aquatic industry.
In 2023, Blue Wave Pool Service and Supplies, Inc. was awarded the Gold Service Award. This was awarded by The Northeast Spa & Pool Association (NESPA) for the 2023 Outstanding Achievement Awards Service Competition.
In 2017, he created the ‘Rookie to All Star’ course currently offered through the Northeast Spa and Pool Association (NESPA). Focused on improving the skills of new technicians, the course has been a staple at the annual Pool & Spa Show since its inception.
In 2015, and again in 2018, he worked with the City of Bridgeport to offer free CPO Certification Courses for commercial pool operators and health department officials. Over the three years, 15 certification courses were held to better the knowledge of professionals in the field.
Brian has served as an expert witness numerous times across the Northeast as a long-standing, respected member of the aquatic community.
