Blue Wave Water Watch Program
The Blue Wave Water Watch Program is designed for indoor pools. It automates your chemical delivery and provides alerts and alarms when the system needs attention. The controller installed is equivalent to hiring an employee to watch your pool 24/7. Blue Wave certified technicians install the equipment and train your staff on the operation. We set up alarms and alerts to be sent in times of need, as well monitor your pool from our office.

Are You STILL VGB Compliant?
The Virginia Graeme Baker (VGB) Act was signed into law in 2007 and required suction covers and levels of entrapment defense. Part of the legislation required manufacturers to determine a service life of the installed covers from the date of installation. Covers must be replaced when they reach the end of their service life to stay compliant with the VGB Act. For a chart of common cover manufacturer service lives click here.
The covers must be replaced by a licensed pool professional and Blue Wave has certified divers that can switch your suction covers and provide you the proper records to stay compliant.
Are You Aware of Upcoming Changes to the Energy Regulations that Affect Your Pool?
Starting in 2021, residential and commercial pool pumps between 1 and 5 HP must meet an established performance standard. Pump manufacturers will have to start meeting these requirements effective July 18, 2021. What does this mean for you? Pumps installed after this regulation take effect will have Variable Speed Drives. Blue Wave is properly licensed and equipped to install and service these new pumps. Stay tuned for more information.
